Contact and Support
Jelly Blox sell through Amazon, and Amazon keeps the full record of every order placed there. That is where order help lives. Questions about the blocks themselves are answered on the home page.
Something about an order
Amazon Owns the Order From Checkout On
Amazon took the payment, so Amazon also handles the shipping, the return and any replacement. The quickest route is the order itself in your account, which already holds the receipt. That covers:
- Where an order is and when it lands
- Sending a set back for a refund
- A charge that looks wrong
- A box that arrived damaged
- Missing or broken pieces, replacements
- Complaints about a seller
A set bought in another store follows the same rule: the store that took the payment handles the return.
About the blocks
Most Answers Are Already Here
The age marking and the piece list are printed on each box. What the fillings are, how to wash the blocks, which set makes sense first and whether sets connect are all on the home page.
A block that has split and lets its filling out should come out of play. Amazon replaces damaged items inside the return window, so start there rather than repairing it.
